1. General Terms and Conditions

Rbazzi is an online betting and gaming platform specially designed for Bangladeshi users. By registering on the rbazzi platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between rbazzi and all users. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the rbazzi platform.

To use rbazzi services, you must be 18 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to participate in online betting and gaming activities according to your country's laws. rbazzi does not accept registration from underage users or from countries where online betting is prohibited under any circumstances. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements and still use rbazzi, your account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be canceled.

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. You will be fully responsible for any activity using your login details. You can close your rbazzi account at any time by contacting customer support. After receiving an account closure request, rbazzi will process your account within 7 business days. Before closing your account, ensure that all your pending withdrawals are complete and no bonus conditions remain unfulfilled. If there is any balance after the account is closed, it will be refunded to your registered payment method.

3. Betting Rules and Policies

The rbazzi platform offers various betting options including sports betting, live betting, slot games, fish games, and bingo. When placing each bet, you confirm that you understand the terms, odds, and payout of that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless rbazzi decides to do so for specific reasons. rbazzi uses official results and data to determine all bet outcomes, and these results are final and binding.

All bets on rbazzi must be placed with real money available in your account balance. You can place multiple bets simultaneously, but balance will be deducted separately for each bet. If rbazzi detects suspicious or irregular betting patterns, we reserve the right to cancel those bets, forfeit winnings, and suspend or close accounts. 4. Payment and Transactions

Rbazzi supports various payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. You must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit, unless there are special circumstances. Deposits on rbazzi are typically processed instantly and added to your account immediately. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method but generally start from BDT 500. rbazzi does not charge for deposits, but your payment provider may deduct charges.

To withdraw from rbazzi, you must first complete account verification. After receiving a withdrawal request, rbazzi processes it within 24 to 72 hours. The withdrawal amount will be sent to your registered payment method. Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000, and the maximum limit depends on your account status and VIP level. You can request multiple withdrawals simultaneously, but the total amount of all requests must be within your available balance.

Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that must be read before claiming the bonus. To withdraw bonus money and winnings from bonuses, you must first meet the wagering requirements. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

Bonuses are only for genuine and active players. Claiming the same bonus multiple times by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. rbazzi uses advanced systems to detect such activities and reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings in case of abuse. Bonus balance and real balance are managed separately. When you place a bet, real balance will be used first, then bonus balance. Each bonus has an expiry date by which wagering must be completed; otherwise, the bonus and associated winnings will expire.

Rbazzi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid only for a specified period and only for eligible players. If you believe a bonus was not credited to your account even though you are eligible, contact customer support within 24 hours. No claims will be accepted after that.

6. Responsible Gaming

Rbazzi is firmly committed to responsible gaming and believes that online betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage players to set their own budgets and stick to them. The rbazzi platform offers various responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. You can set or change these limits at any time from your account settings.

If you feel your gaming habits are becoming problematic, take action immediately. Contact the rbazzi support team and request self-exclusion or account closure. You can exclude yourself for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to use the rbazzi platform and will not receive any promotional materials. rbazzi respects your decision and will not reactivate your account until the exclusion period ends.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Rbazzi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, especially if you violate these terms. Reasons for account closure include providing false information, creating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, being underage, or accessing from a restricted area. If your account is closed, all pending bets will be canceled, and if there is any rule violation, balances may be forfeited. If there is no violation, your real balance will be refunded.
